A Great Opportunity for a Well-Rounded, Growth-Minded Dentist

Our established dental practice in Midwest City, Oklahoma is looking for a motivated General Dentist to join our team.

We’re looking for more than someone who simply wants to fill a schedule. We want a dentist who enjoys providing comprehensive care, is confident communicating with patients, and is interested in continuing to grow clinically and professionally. If you’re the type of dentist who wants to do more dentistry, build strong relationships with patients, and become an even better clinician with the support of an experienced team, we’d love to meet you.

What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a dentist who is comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry and has experience or strong interest in advanced procedures, including:

General restorative dentistry.
Implant placement.
Root canal therapy.
Oral surgery / extractions.
Treatment planning and comprehensive case diagnosis.
Confidently presenting treatment plans and helping patients understand their treatment options. You don't have to know everything on day one.

We value coachability, a willingness to learn, and the desire to continually improve just as much as clinical experience.

The Opportunity: This position is designed for a dentist who wants to grow—not just clinically, but as a professional and leader.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

Provide a broad range of comprehensive dental services.
Continue developing your clinical skills.
Learn from an experienced team.
Improve your treatment planning and case presentation skills.
Build lasting relationships with your patients.
Become more efficient and confident in your clinical and communication skills.
Take on greater responsibility as you grow with the practice.

For the right long-term fit, there may also be future partnership or ownership opportunities.

Who Will Thrive Here? The ideal candidate is:

A licensed General Dentist in Oklahoma.
Comfortable performing a broad range of general dentistry.
Experienced with, or interested in developing further skills in, implants, root canals, and oral surgery.
A strong communicator who can confidently discuss treatment recommendations with patients.
Patient-focused and committed to comprehensive care.
Coachable and receptive to feedback.
Motivated to improve both clinically and professionally.
A team player who wants to contribute to a positive practice culture
Interested in building a long-term future with a practice—not simply taking a temporary associate position.

Why Join Us? We believe the right associate relationship should be about more than compensation. It should provide an environment where you can develop your skills, grow your patient base, and build your future. Our goal is to find someone who wants to become an important part of the practice and, potentially, have an opportunity to take on a larger role over time.

Location: Midwest City, Oklahoma
Position: General Dentist / Associate Dentist
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive and based on experience and production.
Future Opportunity: Potential partnership/ownership opportunity for the right candidate.
